Carpentry framing: Modify frame of sunroom attached to house

Absolutely fantastic. We needed someone fast because the roofers were there to install aluminum, but turns out previous owner had done a DYI sunroom and nothing was straight so we needed a carpenter to redo all the framing. Larry came quickly for a quotation which was very reasonable. They did the work fast and efficiently. We even had to update the quotation twice because once we opened it up we had to add things, like change the insulation. If I ever need a carpenter again, this is where I’ll be going. Thanks Larry.

Structural work sistering existing joists

Leuri was helpful and efficient. I had been talking to him since 2022 when we started to explore our Reno. At the time he gave good advice for us to look into and consider before starting. Once we decide to do the work (2 years later!) he picked back up the conversations right where we left off. He helped connect me with an engineer, helped explained the sketch and completed the work in just a couple of days to help keep our Reno going. Would recommend him, and use him again.

New washroom

I needed to add a washroom to my basement and asked Rebuild the Planet to help. They prepared the duct work, drywall, adjusted the walls where needed and worked with all the other crews (tile, etc). The washroom was completed very quickly and with EXCELLENT quality. They were excellent. I will definately recommend Rebuild the planet in the future.

Leuri and his team were so organized and professionally skilled in my very unusual job! They took a very dangerous situation and fixed it with ease, something other contractors were confused and not knowledgeable with. He’s honest and noble. This was a very trustworthy hire. I called Leuri with an unusual project: a custom climbing wall in my garage. I had the plans from an online guide and needed someone to frame and safely mount it. Leuri was friendly, professional and seemed genuinely interested in building something novel. He gave good, practical advice, showed up on time with another team member and they did a great job. It is not easy to find contractors who are open to doing special project and do not overstate their skills! Throughout the build I could see the attention to detail, safety and craftsmanship. Total build took one day for two people including over a ton of work installing hundreds of specialized t-nuts to anchor climbing holds. Out of all the contractors I hired for a complicated series of jobs, Leuri was the best. Incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. A pleasure to work with and learn from and we will undoubtedly be reaching out in the future. Leuri did structural framing for a load bearing wall I wanted to remove in the form of joist sistering and he also did some duct framing. I was extremely happy with the service that Leuri and his team provided throughout my renovation process. Rebuild the Planet was involved right from the beginning with inspection and structural design, then consultation, demolition, and framing. Leuri was able to recommend framing options based on his structural expertise and knowledge. As a homeowner this was very important knowing my home was going to be structurally sound after all the renovations. The demolition process was quick and efficient, Leuri also provided many recommendations during demolition that helped improve the overall end product. The framing work was done to a very high standard which made it easy for other trades such as plumbing, electrical & drywall to finish off the space. This project was a front porch spanning both sides of a semi-detached. The work of Leuri and his crew was of the highest quality. What a joy it is to work with a trustworthy, knowledgeable and experienced builder! His pricing was fair, and communication lines were always open and transparent. Leuri is everything you'd want in a contractor but find so rarely: honest, personable, responsive, organized, punctual, efficient and, most importantly, a master of his craft. We sent him our engineer's drawings for a quotation and he quickly sent one that detailed the work and at a competitive price. Once we hired him, he contacted our engineer and actually improved on his plan of work! This both reduced our cost and made it possible to install a flush rather than a drop beam. The result is a great canvas for our kitchen contractor (see pics). We're so happy that we hired Leuri and RTP for our project and hope to be able to do so again one day. We highly recommend him.

Leuri is highly professional and always on time. We purchased a new house and 2 load bearing walls needed to be removed. Larry came in for the initial assessment and explained everything in detail. Once the work started it was done on time. Removal of walls, kitchen and the flooring was done very neatly and they cleaned up the site every day after they had finished working. our general contractor came in and inspected the 2 steel beams Larry installed. He said the job was done professionally and beautifully. Larry takes pride in his work. We would recommend Larry to friends and family in a heartbeat. Thanks, Larry for the quick turn around.

This is our second time with Leuri. Great skills, price, knowledge and great guy. We had a supporting wall, a secondary smaller wall and a 18 foot beam installed. You will never be disappointed with Leuri. He will always do the a great job and done the right way. And will always stand by his work no matter what. For a job like this or any structural project you want to make sure it's always done right and not have your family at risk specially when dining under a huge metal beam. We have had this beam in now a few months and it hasn't budged one bit solid as it was installed. Thanks again Leuri amazing as always. 10 out of 10 for me and the family!
